2. Schedule Your Consultation
Once we receive your inquiry, we'll contact you using your preferred method of communication to learn more about your event, answer your questions, and discuss how we can help bring your vision to life.
This is also an opportunity for us to ensure we're the perfect fit for your event and provide a customized quote based on your needs.
3. Reserve Your Date
Ready to move forward?
We'll send your event agreement electronically for review and signature. Once completed, your date can be officially reserved with the required retainer payment.
After booking, you'll receive access to all of our planning tools and resources to begin preparing for your event.
4. Plan Your Celebration
You'll receive access to your personal online planning portal where you can:

We'll arrive well in advance of your event to coordinate with your venue, complete setup, test equipment, and ensure everything is ready before your guests arrive.
